Shipping & Delivery
Everything ships free in the USA. Letters and cards are mailed in protective kraft outer envelopes so nothing gets damaged, and are signed and mailed directly to the recipient unless otherwise requested. Custom pieces take a little longer: please allow up to 10 days once your design is approved. Christmas orders placed by December 10 have the best chance of arriving before Christmas; carrier delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
Returns
Personalized letters and cards are made to order and can't be returned once production begins; anything we get wrong, or that arrives damaged, is replaced free of charge. See our Returns & Refunds page.
