Everything is free shipping in the USA.

Letters and cards are made and mailed within 2 business days of your order. Anything requiring additional custom work — Custom Letters, Custom One-Liner Cards and Pet Portrait Cards — may take a little longer: please allow up to 10 days once your design is approved. Christmas orders placed by December 10 have the best chance of arriving before Christmas, but carrier delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

You choose on the letter page: as soon as it's ready, in early December, or in mid-December. If Santa's letter arrives early, simply tuck it away somewhere safe until you're ready for the surprise.
