Free US shipping — on everything

Every order shipped to an address in the United States ships free: letters, One-Liner cards, keepsake coins and handmade paper art. No minimum.

How your order travels

Letters and cards are placed in their matching handmade paper envelope, sealed in wax, and mailed inside a protective kraft outer envelope so nothing gets damaged. Unless you ask otherwise, the piece is signed as you requested and mailed straight to your recipient — the envelope they open is the one we sealed.

Handmade paper art is packed flat, or rolled for the largest sheets, in rigid protective packaging.

Production and delivery times

• Letters and cards are made and mailed within 2 business days of your order.
• Custom work — Custom Letters, Custom One-Liner Cards and Pet Portrait Cards — takes a little longer: please allow up to 10 days once you have approved your design.
• Santa Letters: on each Santa letter page you choose when the letter is mailed — as soon as it's ready, in early December, or in mid-December.
• Handmade paper art ships within 2 business days.

Once mailed, delivery within the US usually takes 3–7 business days depending on the destination. Christmas orders placed by December 10 have the best chance of arriving before Christmas. Carrier delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

Tracking

You receive an email when your order is mailed. Where the mailing method provides tracking, the tracking number is included in that email and on your order page.

Addresses

Letters and cards are mailed to the recipient address you enter at checkout, exactly as entered. Please double-check it — a piece returned to us because of an incomplete or incorrect address can be re-mailed, but re-mailing a personalized item to a corrected address may carry a small fee.

International shipping

Free shipping applies to US addresses. For delivery outside the United States, the shipping cost is calculated at checkout by the carrier (USPS or DHL Express). Any customs duties, import taxes or fees charged at the destination are the responsibility of the recipient, and international delivery times vary by country.
